Professional staff, clean rooms, they expected us with champagne because it was our honeymoon, we had everytjing we needed, the resort is very nice and quiet, you can really relax. The grocery store in the resort has a lot of good stuff if you need anything, it is very convenient that it is there. Reception is very helpful, they always asked if we needed anything and they answered all our questions very quickly

Spotless clean, newly refurbished and comfortable unit with dishwasher and washing machine. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and we found all the essentials like dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo and body lotion, coffee, sugar and salt. Common areas are very clean and well maintained. There is a small grocery shop on site which has a good selection of products and sells fresh bread and croissants. Also, since we had a late flight, we were able to check out at 6 pm by paying a small fee. We really appreciated it. Staff is really helpful and caring.

Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with all the comforts of home—perfect for a family getaway. The peaceful location was another highlight. It offered a tranquil escape while still being conveniently close to explore the stunning surroundings of Tenerife. Whether it was a day at the pool, a quiet evening on the terrace, or a short trip to nearby attractions, every moment was delightful. This resort is a true gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality retreat. Rooms was superb, spacious, two bathrooms, close to the pool area with nice backyard with BBQ area (for extra price)

RTCC is a lovely resort with good pools but a few drawbacks
